We look forward to welcoming the rowing family from all over the world to our event, to help us prepare for Tokyo 2020.
See you all in Tokyo this summer.
President,
Tokyo (東京) is Japan's capital. It is also one of Japan's 47 prefectures, consisting of 23 central city wards and multiple cities, towns and villages west of the city center. The Izu and Ogasawara Islands are also part of Tokyo.
Today, Tokyo offers a seemingly unlimited choice of shopping, entertainment, culture and dining to its visitors.
The city's history can be appreciated in many excellent museums, historic temples and gardens.
Contrary to common perception, Tokyo also offers numerous attractive green spaces in the city center and within relatively short train rides at its outskirts.
Tokyo Gate Bridge (東京ゲートブリッジ) is a truss cantilever bridge across Tokyo Bay, opened on 12 February 2012. The bridge can be seen from Sea Forest Waterway and it is one of attractive scenary. The shape of the bridge looks like two dinosars looking at each other, so it is sometimes called "Dinosar Bridge."
